One of the best places to live on the bay. Access to the Courtney Campbell and Howard Franklin is less than a minute's drive. Clearwater, Largo, St. Pete and Tampa are all 20 minutes away.

Staff is great, maintenance is great, and there is never noise (save the happy swimmers in the pool on the weekends!). It's in such a nice and safe area and so close to Publix, Clearwater, and Downtown Tampa.

Great place to live. It’s close to wonderful restaurants, malls and beaches. Management, especially John, are extremely welcoming and helpful.

I’ve lived at Mosaic for about two years. The staff is very nice and helpful. Mosaic is a beautiful place. I’m looking forward to renewing my lease.
