|Recommended: YesSatisfaction — I love living at mosaic because I feel secure, there is ample parking and I feel my complaints are always taken seriously by management. My only complaint is the slamming of the doors, neighbors do not care about each other so they slam their doors all hours of the night. Very annoying.

We are so sorry to hear of the constant slamming of doors by your surrounding neighbors, I urge you to please reach out to us if you have an idea of which unit may be causing this noise so that we can make them aware.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment close to my workplace — This is a great apartment with all the amenities that I need, plus an excellent location. I'm a little confused by the lack of ceiling lights in the bedroom and I do hope they fix that one grill out in the courtyard, but otherwise I don't see any reasons to not recommend the place.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! We currently have a part on order to repair the out-of-order grill and expect it to be fixed soon. Some bedrooms with the bathroom en-suites may not have light fixtures on the fans because of the hallway light within the room. There is an option to plug in a floor lamp to the wall outlet and utilize the light switch to turn the lamp on and off. We are here to help if you need anything!

|Recommended: YesThe property meets our expectation — Mosaic Westshore Apartments is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to the Publix and Westshore plaza. The compound is great, very clean and has everything you need including bicycle storage . The management is also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it especially to families.

|Recommended: YesIdeal location with high quality apartments — The rooms are extremely spacious. I have not seen any other apartment homes offer this size of space with the quality of appliances, secure parking garages and amenities. It is a rare find.
